Kagan and his shadow

Our friend Kagan recently discovered his shadow! At first he wasn’t to sure about it but now he loves it! 

E is for Egg Roll :)

The letter of the week is E! In all of our classrooms Egg was one of the first words that the children came up when listing words that start with “E”.

Today we made Egg Roll art!

Materials: Hard Boiled Eggs,

Paint, Construction Paper and a Deep Tray.

Step 1: Put a piece of paper in the tray.

Step 2: Add a few drops of paint

Step 3: Place the egg in the tray and gently move the tray back and forth, rolling the egg through the paint.

Greyson's Handprint Butterfly

Today Dinosaurs made handprint butterflies!

Ms. Maria and Ms. Pat helped the children pick out their colors and stamp their hands to make the perfect butterfly. Here are pictures of Greyson working on his art project!

The letter of the week is D

In Kids Town each of the children drew pictures of Dogs. They enjoyed talking about what color their dogs should be and deciding what their dogs should look like!
